Chef Manager - Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £35,457 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3.30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Chef Manager responsible for managing the delivery and expectations across their site. You should be ambitious, commercially aware, and possess the presence and personality to influence daily operations, maximizing team performance. Leading by example and setting high standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading the onsite catering team
  2. Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
  3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house
  4. Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
  5. Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  6. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  7. Completing weekly reports and documentation
  8. Managing stock taking and ordering

  • Previous Chef Manager experience with strong culinary skills
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
  • Flexible approach to working hours and environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
  • Pride in your work and flexibility to support all onsite services
  • Passion for quality and service delivery
