Job Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our HR Service team as a HR Operations Specialist – Time!

Be central to our organization, managing the efficient operation of Time Management and Payroll across Bosch UK & Ireland. We oversee 19 payrolls, serving 4,300 associates across various divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the entire time management process from data input and calculation to delivery, collaborating with internal clients and meeting deadlines.
  2. Overseeing all time-related entries, including annualized hours, production hours, overtime, and absence management, along with reporting.
  3. Providing support to other Bosch UK businesses, conducting controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Collaborating with the HR Shared Service in Budapest and establishing strong relationships with UK colleagues.
  5. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with international teams within a Shared Service environment.
  • Experience using SAP or similar payroll systems.

Working hours: 39 hours/week, 08:00-17:00 Mon-Thu, 08:00-16:00 Fri, with a 1-hour lunch.
