Sensient is looking for a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Account Manager (SAM) to oversee the UK/IRE sales region. In this role, you'll shape customer relationships, drive sales growth, and contribute to our portfolio of Pharmaceutical Colors, Flavors, and Coatings.

As a SAM, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, qualify prospects, and maximize business potential in your territory. You'll collaborate with our European commercial team to craft tailored solutions for each account.

What you’ll do:

  • Sell value-added solutions and ingredients within the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical industries, driving growth and expanding market presence.
  • Manage and grow existing business while acquiring new customer accounts, building relationships at all levels.
  • Handle UK/IRE accounts, collaborating with decision-makers on new product development projects.
  • Develop, implement, and manage account-specific strategies aligned with customer needs and market demands.
  • Provide sales forecasts, monitor competitors, and leverage internal resources to support client needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sales, with a track record of growth and new business acquisition.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
  • Expertise in account management, strategy development, sales forecasting, and project management.
  • Deep knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and internal resource utilization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with effective collaboration across departments.
