Job Responsibilities
  1. Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software.
  2. Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices.
  3. Reconciling statements received from associates and suppliers.
  4. Managing accounts email inbox and distributing accounts post.
  5. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required.
  6. Performing any other duties necessary to meet the needs of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. A minimum of 5 GCSEs including a Level 5 or above (equivalent to grade C or above) in Mathematics and English.
  2. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  3. Attention to detail and pride in work product.
  4. Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remain poised and level-headed during busy periods, and proactively assist team members.
  5. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
