Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving organisational change? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Change Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead People Change initiatives within the HR Change portfolio, ensuring that our employees are engaged and supported throughout business change projects. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and enhance the overall employee experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing comprehensive change management strategies to support project goals and empower employees to adapt to technological advancements and process transformations
- Leading and coordinating the implementation of change management activities across the Group to ensure smooth transitions into Business as Usual (BAU)
- Actively engaging with employees to understand their concerns and needs, fostering a supportive environment and mitigating resistance to change
- Designing and managing clear and consistent communication about the change process, its benefits, and its impact on employees
- Creating and delivering training sessions and guides to help employees and support teams adapt to new systems and processes
- Continuously monitoring the impact of changes on employees and making adjustments to minimise disruptions
- Collecting feedback from employees to support continual improvement of the change management process
- Creating roadmaps, activities, and collateral to ensure business readiness for change, including user guides, demos, workshops, and briefing articles
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Expertise in business change programmes and HR practices, processes, and improvement methods
- Experience in owning and leading change communications and engagement, delivering business readiness communications and plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share information and discuss operational analysis with colleagues at all levels
- High-level attention to detail, with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines across multiple locations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience in change leadership and transformational business process change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with significant experience collaborating with colleagues across divisions and projects
- Proficiency in running and delivering change and communications training, and producing training guides and packs
