Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) - United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions that impact critical infrastructure. Work closely with technical experts in a high-performing environment.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will conduct planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Perform planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults.
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completions.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is suitable for hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
