Job Description:

Role: Station Systems Technician (Level 4) - United Kingdom (On-site)

Join Telent's Engineering Team to work on critical infrastructure, performing planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS systems. The role involves working 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between early and late shifts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist technicians in fault rectification on security and communication systems.
  2. Attend maintenance tasks, both planned and corrective.
  3. Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults.
  4. Use field IT equipment for maintenance data.
  5. Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates.
Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:
  • CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
  • Good understanding of Office 365 and IT awareness
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to work 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts (early and late shifts)
