Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Bank Chef Manager for our Retirement Communities Service at Lawley Bank, Telford, and Rose Manor Service, Telford.

The role of Bank Chef Manager includes:

• Managing daily kitchen operations and leading a team of catering staff
• Designing and preparing menus tailored to individual needs, including special diets
• Managing stock, wastage, and ensuring standards within budget
• Overseeing food safety management, audits, HACCP, and health & safety compliance

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience as a Chef, Catering Manager, or Head Cook in a similar environment
• Knowledge of menu planning and costing
• Catering qualification (e.g., City and Guilds 706 1/2) is desirable
• Experience in risk assessments and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Staff management and team leadership skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
