Part of the LSL group of companies, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is one of the country's largest providers of residential property risk expertise and surveying services. We complete one mortgage valuation every twenty-five seconds, thanks to our dedicated team of Valuation Survey Coordinators (VSCs) who keep our surveyors’ diaries full.

Job Responsibilities

• Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to estate agents, vendors, tenants, and property developers.
• Arrange appointments for surveyors to conduct property valuations and surveys.
• Manage customer expectations throughout all processes.
• Handle queries related to appointments.
• Perform computer-based tasks and data entry with high accuracy.
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.

Additional support from trained colleagues will help us meet peak demands and deliver excellent service.

Role Flexibility

This role offers flexible working hours throughout the day, evenings, and weekends to accommodate existing commitments such as study, childcare, or other employment. It is home-based, with flexible hours paid at an hourly rate, and includes full training and IT equipment.
