This role is vital to the College and the students that we support. You will be providing information, advice, and guidance on college services and products, and full training will be provided. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, providing high-quality service to a diverse range of enquirers via email, telephone, and web inquiries.

If you have experience working in a college environment or a contact centre, that's fantastic! If not, that's perfectly fine too. If you have the essential skills and passion to excel in this role, we will provide the necessary training.
