This newly created Digital Marketing Executive role will support this expansion, offering an excellent opportunity for long-term career progression.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team, this role encompasses:

1. Advising on SEO best practices and developing compelling marketing copy
2. Assisting with website updates using WordPress to support content changes and campaigns
3. Monitoring and analyzing digital campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
4. Managing the firm’s social media channels and training stakeholders on social media best practices
5. Supporting the production of video, written, and podcast content
6. Supporting paid social media campaign delivery and oversight
7. Maintaining and enhancing the firm’s websites
8. Tracking and reporting engagement metrics across digital assets

The ideal candidate will have:

1. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing within a professional services or B2B environment
2. Experience with video production and distribution
3. A passion for writing and developing high-quality editorial content
4. Ability to analyze data and derive insights from performance metrics
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is beneficial
9. Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools
10. Experience with content management systems like WordPress
