A new role with a well-established global manufacturer, based in Northampton. With a generous marketing budget, we are looking for a confident, outgoing Digital Marketing Executive who wants to make things happen and isn't afraid of taking calculated risks.

Basic Salary: Up to GBP 35,000

Job Description: Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing — Manufacturing

Role: Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with our international marketing team, this autonomous role will initially focus on SEO optimization and digital marketing as we revamp our website. Additionally, you will:

• Organize and carry out trade shows and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence and promote business relationships.
• Lead and coordinate marketing projects and campaigns aligned with the broader strategy.
• Promote our company's work through various digital and traditional channels.

Person Specification:

• Open, honest communication skills, confidence to push ideas, and the ability to focus on what our products do rather than what they are.
• Hands-on experience with SEO to optimize our website.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, B2B environment.
• Qualified by experience or hold a degree/qualification in Marketing.
