Position: CNC Milling Operator

Location: Full-time onsite in Whetstone, Leicestershire (own transport advisable)

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000

Sponsorship: Not offered for this role

Our client seeks an experienced candidate with working knowledge of CNC machines (milling or turning) within a precision engineering environment.

Shift Pattern: 2 shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Friday 06:00-13:00 and 13:00-00:00). Weekend work (time and a half) is dependent on workload.

Additional Requirements: A driver is preferred due to shift and location considerations.

Job Purpose: To work across multiple departments within the fabrication area, acquiring necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to work independently. Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs, participating in continuous process improvements, and maintaining high efficiency and quality standards.
