Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Renal Dialysis Unit

We are offering an exciting opportunity for NMC Registered Nurses in the renal dialysis field, with options for a Welcome Bonus of £2,500 (taxable) or relocation packages (T&C's apply, external candidates only). Role Responsibilities

• Assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
• Working autonomously with support from HCAs, managing a patient ratio of 1:4 across 13 haemodialysis stations.
• Providing holistic care while managing technical nursing tasks.

Working Hours

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 6:30 am to 11:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 6:30 am to 6:30 pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
