What you'll be doing

• Ensure operational risk events across the business areas in SME Lending are updated accurately, investigated thoroughly and actions are agreed and closed in a timely manner.
• Work with SME Lending to deliver the requirements of the Conduct Risk framework.
• Collate monthly business submissions for the Operational Risk Committee and Customer and Conduct Committee.
• Ensure operational risk events across the business areas in SME Lending are updated accurately, investigated thoroughly and actions are agreed and closed in a timely manner.
• Support the SME Lending business to complete any conduct and assurance related actions.

Working hours

Monday to Friday- remote role, however, you will be expected to travel to the Southampton office at least once a quarter.
