About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional or Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Surveyors to achieve their maximum potential. This is a new role offering an exciting opportunity for a professional Sales Manager to develop, lead, and influence the Sales team. You will be supported to achieve impressive and realistic OTEs with qualified appointments, industry-leading training, ongoing coaching, and development from local senior management to ensure your success.

Norwich Sunblinds has been serving customers across Norfolk for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and service, providing exquisite, made-to-measure window blinds and shutters that enhance our customers’ homes. Our quality products and excellent customer service are driven by our dedicated team, and we are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Sales Surveyors team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Surveyors, fostering development using your sales expertise.
  2. Recruitment of employed Sales Surveyors, Self-employed Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to meet set targets.
  3. Provide training, coaching, and development to your sales team in line with company standards and policies.
  4. Encourage the team to generate leads through approved methods and manage internal leads effectively.
  5. Ensure the team presents the approved finance presentation in accordance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with Senior Management to meet sales targets, ensuring alignment with product specifications, pricing, and profit margins.
  7. Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Surveyor, or Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding targets.
  2. Experience within the Blinds/Shutter industry or similar preferred.
  3. Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines in a targeted sales environment.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills.
  6. Experience with remote meetings and sales appointments is a plus.
  7. Proactive, results-driven, flexible with workloads and hours.
  8. High level of customer service skills.
  9. Commitment to personal development.
  10. Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
What We Offer

This role offers a salary of £30,000 with OTE between £45,000 and £55,000, plus additional incentives. You will receive industry-leading training to develop your sales management skills.
