Your team

Your team is responsible for executing the strategy and development of our e-commerce platforms, with a focus on optimizing the customer journey, increasing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth.

Your role in the Team's Success

You will lead the strategy and development of our e-commerce platforms, emphasizing customer experience, conversion optimization, and revenue enhancement.

What you'll do
  • Be curious about our products and technology, care about our clients, and embrace the complexities of regulatory risks.
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead a team of product managers dedicated to e-commerce solutions.
  • Drive innovation in customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Optimize conversion rates and revenue streams across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Oversee integration of payment systems and third-party services.
What you'll need for this role
Key Qualification Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in e-commerce.
  • A proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and optimization.
  • Experience leading product teams in financial services or similar regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, fraud prevention, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
