Title: Digital Content Creator - Huddersfield

Overview: I am working closely with a leading distributor of dermatological products, committed to providing high-quality, professional products to their clients. They focus on premium, safe, and clinically proven results, ensuring excellence in every product they offer.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Posting:

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Write compelling, on-brand information for social media posts.
• Create weekly marketing emails to engage current and prospective customers.

Community Management & Engagement:

• Monitor and engage with followers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
• Foster relationships with current customers to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.
• Respond appropriately and promptly to Trustpilot reviews.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to gather insights.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

• Stay updated with social media trends and new content formats, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Encourage creative experimentation and test new ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of the aesthetics wholesale industry.

You Are:

• Experienced in social media marketing (ideally 3+ years).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Proven ability to create visually compelling, on-brand content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and boosting posts.
• Comfortable with social media analytics tools to report on performance and translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, creative thinker with a genuine passion for social media.
