Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven FP&A Analyst to join our growing, fast-paced business as we undergo an exciting period of digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance team and gain valuable experience in a rapidly evolving business. The role offers a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to convert to a permanent position.

About You
Qualifications/Skills & Required Experience:
Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Prior experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
Experience working in a multi-site business is desirable but not essential.
Proficient in accounting systems (Sage200 experience is a plus) and strong Excel skills.
Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, using initiative to drive tasks forward.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels and departments.
