Are you a proactive leader with exceptional organisational skills? One of the leading international tyre manufacturers, is seeking an experienced Motorsport Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: Didcot



Your Role:

  • Manage warehouse layout, personnel, and equipment to maximise efficiency.

  • Oversee inventory movement and records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

  • Plan maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance.

  • Coordinate vehicle fleet management, including servicing and MOTs.

  • Supervise loading and unloading shipments with precision and care.

  • Assist with property and building maintenance tasks.

  • Lead health and safety management and reporting processes.



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management and computer systems.

  • A valid Driving License and FLT License.

  • Strong organizational and logistical skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Effective leadership and clear communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

  • A team-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.
