Duration: 18+ month international consulting contract, with potential extension up to 3 years

The Role: Leadership Services Manager, Meetings

As Leadership Services Manager, Meetings, you’ll collaborate closely with Leadership Champions and the YPO management team to deliver world-class leadership events. You’ll own the full event lifecycle — from venue selection and hotel coordination to offsite gatherings, hospitality, social events, marketing, and transportation logistics.

Your strategic planning and budget management will ensure every meeting runs flawlessly, aligns with organizational goals, and delivers meaningful value for our members. Partnering with top volunteer leaders, you’ll drive innovation and execute seamless, impactful experiences that elevate YPO’s leadership community.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end meeting logistics, including vendor relationships with hotels, transportation, and venues.
  • Partner with leadership on venue selection, contract negotiation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate on-site event activities for smooth, seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with volunteer champions and committees on program content and agendas to ensure high member satisfaction.
  • Advise stakeholders on event progress, following YPO’s framework for success.
  • Ensure compliance with YPO policies and oversee security and emergency plans.
  • Create and manage detailed event schedules and train on-site support staff.
  • Lead event marketing efforts, including registration, communications, and website updates.
  • Oversee hotel services, catering, AV, and accommodations.
  • Manage shipping logistics and act as the onsite point-person during events.
  • Handle post-event financial closeout and archiving.
  • Collect feedback and lead post-event reviews for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

7+ years of experience managing complex, global events or programs

Skilled negotiator with deep knowledge of venue contracting & vendor management

Budget-savvy and detail-oriented, with a knack for optimizing resources

A master multitasker who excels under pressure & loves cross-team collaboration

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office expertise; Cvent & Salesforce a plus

Passionate about delivering top-tier member experiences that inspire & connect
