Description: We are seeking a Development Lead to join our Capital Markets DCM technology team in London. You will contribute to building a lean, agile team that works directly with the business, which regularly issues over €1 trillion for clients, supporting global economies.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building solutions for our platforms using agile practices.
• Applying test-driven development, clean code principles, and performing code reviews.
• Supporting a collaborative and trusting team environment.
• Leading by example and sharing knowledge with team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side JVM components and Java; functional programming is a plus.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.
