About You

• You are currently a Recruitment Consultant within White Collar technical sectors such as Construction, Energy, Rail, Aerospace, IT, Manufacturing, or Sustainability. We welcome candidates from any technical discipline.
• You have a proven track record as a 360 recruiter, managing your own desk. LDNY provides the brand and support; success depends on your effort.
• You are confident in building and developing your own pipeline of work.
• You have a strong desire to succeed and increase your earning potential as an Associate Recruitment Partner.
