The Job
The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for coordinating with Hiring Managers, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles across all functions of the business throughout the UK. They will support operational leads and the People team by sourcing talent and ensuring an effective onboarding process.

You must maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers and ensure consistency in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to design resource plans for live roles.
  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns for all UK vacancies.
  • Serve as the main contact for recruitment tasks.
  • Create accurate and attractive job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Manage candidates efficiently through the ATS system.
  • Conduct vacancy briefings with line managers to understand role profiles.
  • Participate in regular update meetings with team leaders and managers.
  • Ensure competency-based questions are used during interviews to assess required skills.
  • Coordinate feedback and discussions post-interview with managers.
  • Manage interview scheduling and act as the point of contact for candidates and managers.
  • Coordinate feedback and manage offers and start dates.
  • Identify themes and suggest improvements to enhance the candidate experience.

Candidate Attraction Strategy

  • Build talent pools proactively for future needs.
  • Assist in social media and external job board strategies for recruitment.
  • Ensure new hires are correctly processed through ATS/HR systems.
  • Manage referrals and ensure accurate information sharing.
  • Adapt interview styles to role levels and manager requirements.
  • Build rapport with line managers to support the interview process.
  • Support and coach less experienced managers through interviews.
  • Perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate core company values in work.
  • Multitask effectively and be creative.
  • Maintain organized records on People systems reflecting interview feedback and statuses.
  • Communicate effectively with managers across departments.

  • Data management skills, including requisitions and trackers.
