We are partnered with a high-growth Financial Services business seeking a high-performing Dynamics CE Senior Consultant for a permanent role.

The role involves working across a portfolio of change projects within their CRM domain, with two implementations planned.

This key role supports system implementation and development to drive efficiencies and enhancements across their Technology environment.

The Consultant will collaborate with an existing team to deliver new technology implementations, processes, and change management.

The client seeks Consultants with extensive experience in environments with technical debt and sub-optimal processes, providing solutions for more efficient workflows and creating a cohesive IT environment including front and back-office technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development: Lead creation of D365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Integration & Customisation: Develop custom integrations, extensions, and workflows within D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and lead training sessions for internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.
