Retail Sales Assistant - Levy Merchandising

Salary: £13.85 p.h., plus benefits

Hours per week: 2 x 21 hours and 2 x 12 hours contracts available

Working pattern: Varied shifts including weekdays, late evenings (until midnight), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Target start date: Late June 2025

Location: Elvis Evolution - The Immersive Experience Merchandise Store - Immerse LDN, ExCel Waterfront, London

We are seeking part-time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at the Elvis Evolution Merchandise Store. You will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with inquiries, advising on products, processing sales, replenishing stock, and checking deliveries. Maintaining high retail standards and keeping the store tidy and well-presented are also key aspects of your role.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills, who can take initiative and make customer-focused decisions.

Partnering with Elvis Evolution, a new immersive experience celebrating Elvis Presley from Layered Reality, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help set up our new merchandise store. As a growing business, it also provides opportunities for career development within retail operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working as part of a team to create a fun and friendly environment
• Welcoming customers and delivering outstanding service
• Advising on products and assisting with purchases
• Managing till operations and processing transactions
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stock replenishment and display setup
• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising
• Checking in deliveries and managing stock storage
• Using customer feedback to improve store operations
• Managing stock audits and stockroom organization
• Following health, safety, and security procedures
• Operating the store independently during opening and closing
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for store operations

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (not essential but advantageous)
• A passion for retail and customer service

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
