Course Content Designer

Job Type: Full Time – Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000 reviewed after 12 months

We are seeking an outgoing and creative individual to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity as we aim to become one of the UK’s top Microsoft 365 training consultancies.

You will play a key role in developing featured content, including courseware and media resources for clients and our social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Review and update course material regularly
• Create new course content
• Develop innovative, high-quality visual content for various distribution channels, including graphics, animations, and videos
• Ensure content complies with publishing guidelines, tone of voice, and best practices
• Create engaging content for marketing channels, including user resource platforms and social media
• Produce weekly newsletters and blogs
• Conduct research on industry-related topics for content accuracy and relevance
• Utilize video creation and editing skills for promotional content
• Identify areas for content improvement and collaborate across disciplines
• Work collaboratively with trainers, consultants, and management

Requirements:

• Exceptional Content Designer with a keen interest in Microsoft technology, capable of transforming complex problems into intuitive solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects, liaise with stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions and optimizations
• Passion for content design and enhancing user experience
• Proven experience as a content writer or similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software and photography equipment
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices
