Job summary

The Maples Group is seeking a Leeds-based Temporary E-Billing Administrator for a fixed term of 3 months, reporting to the E-Billing Supervisor. You will administer the e-Billing system, manage queries, and relay information to fee earners and management.

Key duties include data entry of invoices, strict process adherence, and coordinating with internal teams using Outlook and imanage, in a multi-currency, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent data input skills with high accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with financial applications.
  • Experience of legal billing preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment preferred but not essential.
  • Competent Excel and Word user.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven to improve at all times.
  • Team player capable of working to a common target.
  • Deliver a can-do and proactive approach at all times.

  • Manage internal systems to keep accurate financial and invoice records.
  • Handle team correspondence via email using Outlook and imanage.
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders regarding billing updates.

About the Role

The Temporary E-Billing Administrator reports to the E-Billing Supervisor for a fixed term period of 3 months and will be responsible for administering the e-Bill ing system , adhering to processes, query management and support and information relay to fee earners and management . Primary responsibilities include:

  • Execute data entry. Input and update high-volume invoice records in our core eBilling system.
  • Follow strict processes. Execute highly repetitive, step-by-step administration tasks with absolute consistency and speed.
  • Manage internal systems. Utili s e internal platforms to maintain accurate financial and invoice records including actions and statuses.
  • Handle team correspondence. Manage email communication efficiently using internal systems , Outlook and imanage .
  • Liaise with stakeholders. Communicate clearly with key internal stakeholders regarding billing updates via email.
