Night Clinical Lead Nursing - Rubislaw Park Care Home

Contract: Full Time | Salary: £22.50 Per Hour | Shift Type: Nights | Contracted Hours: 46

We are an award-winning care home and nursing facility located in Aberdeen's West End, providing exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86 residents. We are seeking a dedicated Night Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) to support the Home Manager in daily operations and lead our committed team.

What You'll Do

1. Leadership and Support: Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure smooth service delivery, providing strong leadership to the care team.
2. Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with residents, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to uphold high standards of care.
3. Team Management: Lead and motivate the care team, ensuring staff are supported and well-managed.
4. Staff Development: Offer ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and careers.
5. Resident-Centred Care: Ensure care is tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Nurse: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid PIN.
• Experience: Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a care team.
• Training and Development: Experience supporting staff's training and career progression.
