Rare opening in this Tier 1 rated team for an experienced payments lawyer to advise clients primarily in the technology, retail, and banking sectors across all aspects of payments systems and the infrastructure that supports and connects them. You will be involved in all aspects of the provision of payment services by both bank and non-bank PSPs and e-money issuers, as well as drafting B2C and B2B agreements, assisting clients with authorization applications and compliance matters, and providing corporate support. A strong knowledge of the different payment systems that operate in the UK and Europe, along with experience in advising clients to bring new products/services to market, is essential.
