Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location:Brunel Buliding, London

Duration: 6 Months

Work Type: Partime - 3Days per week
Mode of work - Onsite

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our technical support team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, including printers, telephony, and AV equipment.
• This role will also be involved in auditing and refining policies that impact system security and operability.
• Candidates must have strong diagnostic skills, excellent customer service, and a working knowledge of operating systems and business applications.

Who are you:

• This engagement supports Client's internal IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of end-user systems and adherence to internal security and service policies.
• The role directly contributes to internal operational excellence and employee productivity through timely IT support.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phone and AV equipment.
• Review, audit, and revise policies affecting security and operability of hardware and software.
• Diagnose and solve problems with hardware, software, and network.
• Order equipment and software and coordinate with vendors.
• 3 years of experience are required.
• Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.
• Operating Systems Support : Windows 10/11 macOS
• Problem solving and critical thinking, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and experience
• Excellent Customer care skills

Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements:

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of business applications (e.g., MS 365 Adobe, etc.)
