Essential Criteria for Prospective Therapeutic Support Workers

  • You MUST already hold a Level 3 for Residential Childcare or be working towards this
  • You MUST have a minimum of 1 years experience of working with young people in a Residential or Semi-Independence provision
  • You MUST Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a full DBS check
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends

Experience:

  • working with children in a residential care setting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence
  • Level 3 residential child care
