The Role:

This technical developer role requires strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in blueprinting sessions to understand business requirements.
• Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Perform Fit/Gap Analysis to identify technical solutions for gaps.
• Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Guide development and testing teams on solutions.
• Estimate changes and system enhancements.
• Review code and functional test cases. Customize CRM components like entities, workflows, plugins, and business processes.
• Manage security roles, permissions, and authentication setups (Active Directory, ADFS).
• Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by others.
• Assist in data migration, modeling, and entity management within Dynamics 365.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, analysts, and developers.
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 features and updates.

Your Profile

Skills/Knowledge/Experience (up to 10, avoid repetition):

• Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Understanding of solution architecture and system integrations (Azure platform).
• Experience with Power BI, SSRS reports development.
• Knowledge of functional modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.
• Strong communication and independent working skills.
• Knowledge of SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions.
• SQL query writing and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with ALM practices and DevOps tools.
• Experience creating custom reports and dashboards.

Experience Required

• Experience working in onsite-offshore models.
• Experience preparing knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Exposure to ITSM processes and tools like ServiceNow.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
