Job Title:MS Dynamics D365 Technical Consultant
Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid 2 days a week)
Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:
Technical developer specializing in CRM 2016 migration from on-premise to cloud, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements
Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Fit/Gap Analysis identify technical solution for gaps
Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration
Provide guidance to development team and testing team on overall solution
Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system
Review of code and review of functional test cases
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent documentation and articulation skills
Very high proficiency in Technical and Deployment Architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Very high proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE Configuration and Customization
Good proficiency in Solution Architecture and Design concepts
Good proficiency in overall system integrations using Azure integration platform
Good understanding of functional modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of SSIS and integration
Knowledge of Azure services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management practices and DevOps tools
Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365
Understanding of user experience principles for CRM interfaces
Experience Required:
Experience of working in onsite-offshore model
Experience of preparing Knowledge-Based Articles and Standard Operating Procedures
Exposure to IT service management processes and tools like ServiceNow
Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration
