Job summary

AA Euro Group is recruiting for a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a 3-bed EBD children's home in Brighton, East Sussex. You will provide nurturing, high-quality care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, following care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Applicants must have previous experience in an EBD Children's Home and be able to support day-to-day needs, education and life skills while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an EBD Children's Home.
• Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Understanding safeguarding in a regulated residential setting.
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality residential care and emotional support.
• Support children with EBD and behavioural needs.
• Build professional relationships and maintain safeguarding procedures.
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and documentation.
