Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker for a warm 3-bed EBD home in Greenford (UB6). You will provide consistent care and emotional support to children aged 7-17 with complex needs, helping them with daily routines, education, and independent living skills.

Join a supportive team, follow care plans, uphold safeguarding practices, and maintain accurate records. Flexible shifts include occasional weekends and sleep-ins to cover 24.5h, 14h, and 10h wake nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting children or young people with EBD in a Children's Home.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or working towards it.
• Flexible availability for shifts including occasional weekends and sleep-ins.
• Strong safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed care understanding.

Pay: £13.50p/h + £50 sleep in

Shift Patterns: 24.5hr | 14hr | 10hr Wake Night

We are recruiting dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers for a warm and supportive 3-bed EBD home in Greenford. The home provides care for children and young people aged 7-17 who have experienced extreme disadvantages, including trauma, mental health challenges, neglect, abuse, and placement breakdowns.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting children or young people with EBD or similar complex needs within a Childrens Home
• Ideally hold a Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent (or working towards it)
• Flexible availability to work a combination of the following shiftsincludign occassional weekends and sleep-ins
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed care
• Calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
