We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager based in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement, managing around 100 staff across the UK and Ireland.
Your role involves managing warehouse operations, product preparation, facilities, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency and cost savings. You will be instrumental in shaping operational strategies and implementing effective solutions.
Key qualities include respect-driven leadership, a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and administrative competence. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus, but a strong ability to get things done is more important.
