Membership Advisor – Sales Consultant

We strive to deliver a high-quality product with the best staff at the right price. Operating under the Anytime Fitness franchise and brand, the owners seek the right team to run a successful club where employees and members feel secure, confident, and happy in achieving their goals.

You must be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of generating new leads, reaching, and exceeding sales targets. Confidence and outgoing personality are essential, whether on the phone, in front of a computer, or face-to-face with prospects. You will be a public face of the club, bringing prospects in, selling the club as a facility, and signing them up as members. A passion for health and fitness is crucial.

The club operates 24/7, and you will work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends. You will report to the club manager.

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will engage with diverse people, working within a team of passionate, forward-thinking individuals. You will have set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on others' lives.
