Job Description:

• Manage all commercial aspects of assigned Social Housing projects
• Ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
• Support procurement of subcontractors and manage subcontract accounts
• Work closely with site teams and clients to ensure value for money and contract compliance
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting
• Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team

The Successful Applicant:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior/project level
• Strong understanding and experience within Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
