A leading company in the transportation sector is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Liverpool. This role involves managing commercial aspects of highway bridge projects while ensuring compliance with Kier Group’s policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and have experience in Highways or Construction.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Transportation team in Liverpool/Northwest. You'll be working on a newly secured project to replace a substantial number of highway bridges in the region for a key client, while also providing support across several legacy schemes within the business. You must be flexible in hours of work and travel. A driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.

Location: Liverpool / Northwest - site based with some remote working
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + £6.7k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage the commercial aspects of packages of work within the project to maximise planned gross margin through the production of estimates, placement and control of contracts and subcontracts.
