An opportunity has opened for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing team, working on Social Housing contracts across Merseyside.

Description
  • Manage all commercial aspects of assigned Social Housing projects.
  • Ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support procurement of subcontractors and manage subcontract accounts.
  • Work closely with site teams and clients to ensure value for money and contract compliance.
  • Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team.
Profile
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior/project level.
  • Strong understanding and experience within Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance contracts.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying.
