A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their Brighton property. This role involves overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring efficient completion of tasks, and maintaining high standards of guest experience. Rate of Pay / Hours: £38,000 per Annum plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours per Week

Location: Brighton
You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and managing the maintenance team to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently, meeting guest expectations during their stay.
Responsibilities include allocating responsibilities to the team, completing daily jobs and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail, and a passion for fixing things. You must meet deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety on the property. The role requires organizational skills, excellent communication, hands-on management, and experience in a similar hotel maintenance department. Knowledge of electrics and health and safety is beneficial, as well as computer literacy for compliance and audits.
