We have an exciting opportunity for a Russian-speaking Translation Project Manager, aimed at providing a superior level of language services fully integrated with digital strategy. This role is essential for the daily operation of our language services, working closely with Client Account Managers and freelance professionals worldwide.

We handle over 100 languages, connecting clients with their target audiences across various competitive industries. The ideal candidate is motivated, highly organized, passionate about languages and the translation industry.

Role

• Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work, typically one weekend day (e.g., Tuesday-Saturday), to be agreed in advance
• Hybrid working: at least 1 day/week in the office
• Manage translation projects across diverse sectors
• Support Client Account Managers in all translation service aspects
• Coordinate freelance linguistic experts, assign content, and monitor performance
• Use CAT tools and localisation software

Requirements

• Native-level Russian and advanced English, or native-level English and advanced Russian
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Understanding or experience in the translation industry
• Familiarity with CAT tools and translation workflows
• Excellent time management and attention to detail, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
