Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is seeking an experienced eBay Marketplace Manager to drive commercial performance across multiple UK storefronts. You will shape assortment, pricing, promotions, and customer experience while leveraging data to boost sales, margin, traffic and conversion.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set KPIs and operating plans, monitor marketplace shifts, and report insights to senior leadership. Hybrid role based in Birmingham with UK coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce or marketplace experience, including experience managing eBay operations.
• 2+ years of people-management or team-leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple online storefronts, product catalogues, pricing, and customer-service operations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including sales, margin, pricing, and performance analysis.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and comfort working with e-commerce, inventory, and reporting systems.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
