About Projectus in Austin, Texas

You will be a founding member of the Projectus USA business, working from Austin alongside the company's top performers, contributing to our growth in the US where over 60% of revenue is generated, while collaborating with our global HQ in London.

You will play a key role in building our US team, with opportunities for growth, development, and promotion every 6 months through the Projectus Acceleration Plan.

Become an Authority

Projectus is an authority in Medical Technology staffing solutions. You will position yourself similarly by offering solutions that help partners and candidates realize the value of our niche talent acquisition, saving them time and money.

As a Principal, you will forge partnerships with start-ups, scale-ups, and blue-chip companies in cardiovascular device & technology innovation, at the forefront of life-saving solutions.

Solution-Led Selling

You will engage with C-Level, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance leaders, understanding their growth strategies and negotiating staffing partnerships under our EDGE or CATALYST solutions. You will analyze hiring processes, establish SLAs, and assist with employer branding to attract and hire specialized talent at scale and speed.

Daily Responsibilities

The role involves high-volume phone and video sales, face-to-face meetings, client visits, and attending industry congresses. Your goal is to represent these companies as their exclusive search partner, headhunting highly specialized talent for their needs.

Networking with niche cardiovascular specialists daily will enable you to quickly place top talent for your partners.
