You will help build our US business, hiring, developing, and expanding the team.

As a Principal, you will forge partnerships with start-ups, scale-ups, and established cardiovascular device & technology companies at the forefront of life-saving innovations.
Solution-Led Approach:
Engage with C-Level executives, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other leaders to understand their growth strategies and negotiate staffing partnerships through our EDGE or CATALYST solutions.
Provide analysis of hiring processes, establish SLAs, and support employer branding to attract and hire niche talent efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume phone and video sales, face-to-face meetings, client visits, and attend industry congresses.
Represent companies as their exclusive search partner, headhunting highly specialized talent.
Network and engage with cardiovascular specialists daily to facilitate placements.
