PROJECTUS in Austin, Texas

You will be a founding member of the Projectus USA business, working from Austin alongside the company's 2 highest performers - contributing to our critical next phase of growth in the United States, where +60% of our revenue has been generated - alongside our global HQ in London.

You will be an integral part of how we build our US business, as we further hire, develop, and expand the team.

Every 6 months, you will learn how to achieve compensation increases, promotions, and bespoke development as part of the Projectus Acceleration Plan.

Become an Authority

Projectus is an authority in Medical Technology staffing solutions, and you will position yourself similarly – offering solutions and helping partners (and candidates) realize how our superior staffing solutions can deliver niche talent quickly and cost-effectively.

As a Principal, you will forge partnerships nationally with start-ups, scale-ups, and blue-chip cardiovascular device & technology innovators at the forefront of life-saving cardiovascular devices and software.

Solution-Led

You will sell to, present to, and collaborate with C-Level, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other leadership—consulting to understand their growth strategies before negotiating Search & Staffing Partnerships under our EDGE or CATALYST solutions.

By offering hiring process analysis, establishing SLAs, and assisting with employer branding, we embed ourselves within our partners, working alongside hiring teams & TA departments to attract and hire specialist talent at scale and speed.

Day-to-day

The role involves high-volume phone & video sales, pre-qualified face-to-face meetings, client visits, and attendance at specialist congresses.

The goal? To represent these companies as their exclusive Search partner, headhunting highly specialist talent for their needs.

Networking, speaking, and meeting with niche cardiovascular specialists daily will enable you to quickly place world-class talent for your partners.
