Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid - 3 days from home, 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + 20% cash/benefit allowance + Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Are you a finance professional with strong business acumen and a strategic mindset? We're recruiting three Senior Finance Business Partners for a leading financial services organisation. These roles will play a key part in cost management and long-term financial planning, often forecasting up to five years ahead.

The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate with key business functions, providing financial expertise to support strategic decision-making. You'll play a critical role in cost control, forecasting, and investment analysis to ensure resources are optimally allocated.
Key responsibilities include:
Long-term financial forecasting (up to five years) to support business planning.
Cost management and investment analysis to ensure financial sustainability.
Providing strategic financial insights to inform decision-making at the highest levels.
Challenging financial performance with a commercial mindset.
Developing financial models to improve forecasting accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong FP&A / Finance Business Partnering or Corporate Finance experience
Ability to simplify complex financial data for senior, non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management skills - confident in advising and influencing leaders.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial awareness
