About the Opportunity

We are working with a global leader in carrier-neutral, hyperscale-ready data center solutions, seeking a Channel Director to lead and scale their partner ecosystem across the Americas. This client operates a portfolio of large-scale, enterprise-grade data centers across Europe and Asia-Pacific and is now doubling down on strategic partner growth in the U.S. and Latin American markets.

This is a critical leadership hire focused on building a high-performing channel network that can drive significant revenue growth through managed service providers, global system integrators, network partners, and infrastructure consultants.

If you’re an experienced channel leader with deep knowledge of data center services, colocation, and interconnection, and are passionate about shaping go-to-market strategy in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital infrastructure—this could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Partner Strategy: Own the channel GTM strategy for the Americas. Identify, recruit, and enable partners that can deliver scalable revenue via enterprise and cloud-centric accounts.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and deepen relationships with key influencers in the partner ecosystem—particularly those focused on hybrid infrastructure, hyperscale migration, and digital transformation.
  • Drive Revenue Through Partnerships: Build pipeline and drive new logo acquisition through channel-sourced and channel-influenced deals. Manage joint business plans, incentives, and enablement frameworks.
  • Represent a Premium Brand: Our client is known for world-class, high-specification data center environments, with a strong reputation among hyperscalers and global enterprises. You’ll represent a truly differentiated offering in the market.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with sales leadership, product, solutions engineering, and global operations teams to align on customer outcomes and operational readiness.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner/channel sales or strategic alliances, ideally in data center, colocation, cloud, or telecom sectors.
  • A proven track record of building partner ecosystems across the U.S. or Latin America.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure sales, network interconnects, and power-dense colocation environments.
  • Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems, systems integrators, and infrastructure aggregators.
  • A collaborative, commercial, and outcome-driven mindset.
