About You

Are you a strategic thinker and leader with a passion for building and scaling global partnerships in a growing B2B data business? Are you an experienced negotiator with a strong track record and functional experience in the financial services, data, or software industry? Are you experienced in leading teams, managing projects, driving revenue growth and retention, and shaping go-to-market strategies? If your answers are YES, then this is the perfect role for you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Refine and execute the global partnership strategy, aligning with company goals to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering career growth.
  • Manage complex partner negotiations and relationships, ensuring contracts, renewals, and revenue-sharing align with strategic and financial objectives.
  • Expand and optimize the partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Design and implement scalable commercial models to drive sustainable partnerships and create long-term value.
  • Lead partner-driven revenue growth and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company externally, increasing brand visibility at industry events and exploring innovative partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience managing global teams in partnerships, channel management, or business development in B2B data, software, or tech environments.
  • Strong leadership experience, managing teams of at least 10+ people.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships and complex negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English; native speakers preferred.
  • Technical aptitude to translate partner needs into solutions and business opportunities.
  • Interest or experience in ESG, sustainability, or alternative data.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to simplify complexity into strategic actions.
